International Fairy Day is a day to celebrate the small supernational creatures that have captivated myths and legends for many generations. In nearly every culture is a reference to this creature, who does good or bad deeds depending on its nature. The are many of these beings across cultures, but the Celtic culture has the most of them. Many fairies are associated with nature. Dryads, for example, are tree sprits. You also have gnomes that live among the tree roots and water nymphs that live in the rivers and seas. 



 To celebrate these mischievous creatures, we invite you to dress up as a type of fairy! Try your best to capture the specific nature of the fairy in your outfit! Feel free to also give them a name!
