using the same set two consecutive months is cool, but randomly bringing out an old set is a confusing move this set has been ig for like half a year at least

We know it isn't optimal, but we also want to maximize the amount of a set/an item in game, so we don't discourage designers.
I think we made an announcement about it at one point (honestly I might be mistaken, I'm not able to look around for it right now, if there is one) - we have some rules as to have and when designs can be reused, because reusing a design too soon is also not good.

Don't get me wrong! We will take your words along with us as we keep developing on the rules for reusing designs in SMT ^^
Because of course it needs to be fair for all parts involved 😊
