The 5 nominees for MOTM have responded to their interview questions. Read their answers here and then click the link below to anonymously vote for who you think deserves to be our next MOTM.

The nominees:
1. Nominee 1 has been on Virtual Popstar for 8 months and like many users, she would love to see more Admin involvement and new members. What she loves about VP is the variety of people that partake in the community; she finds them all interesting to talk to – from those who are interested in politics all the way to those who like to collect rare items. She describes herself as a little controversial and is fairly active on the forum, frequently making and commenting on the threads. Nominee 1 works with various teams and her VP goal is to provoke discussion and meaningful thought processes and she hopes that from her presence has helped widen at least one person’s viewpoint. Offline, nominee 1 is quiet and introverted when face to face with others and she finds it easier to speak to a group than to speak to one person. Her biggest aspiration is to make an impact on the world through design, using her creative skills to really make a difference. In terms of interests, this user is interested in illustration and music, frequently attending concerts. Lastly, she admits that her favourite cereal brand is Golden Nuggets!
2. Nominee 2 believes that everyone on Virtual Popstar is kind and nice in their own way and that’s what she loves about VP. In terms of improving VP, this user is quite concerned about the formatting of the wardrobe. Having more than 15 pages of clothing causes the 15th page to be cut off so you can’t wear anything on page 15, which is disappointing. This user just adores the clothing on VP so this problem made her a little worried! Nominee 2 has brought 146 players here in the 8 months she has been here and would like to help VP further by being able to buy credits. Her VP goals are to have all of the badges, to become someone that people go to for help and to have up to a billion fans. Since she loves clothes, she would also like all of the unavailable items on her wishlist. Offline, this user is addicted to reading but also enjoys daydreaming and drawing. She describes her real life self as very shy and the kind of person who tries to blend in with the scenery. Her future goals involve becoming a successful marking manager, hoping to earn enough to pay back her family for all of the help they have given her. In terms of her favourite cereal, this girl loves Frosted Flakes or Cinnamon Toast Crunch!
3. Nominee 3 has been on Virtual Popstar for around a year! What she loves most about this website is the community. She believes that we have a strong community on VP – everyone is usually nice to each other and it’s like a little online family! Admin involvement is something that she would like to see more of on VP. She thinks that it would be good if they popped in every now and again so they can add clothing on a regular basis and read the contributions on the ideas forum. This user contributes on the forum and on some of the teams, helping people get involved! She would like to be on the designer team and would also love to be on the top 25! She hopes that by being the nicest she can be, she can help other people on the site. She claims to have many goals but said this interview would be too long if she mentioned them all! :-P Off VP, nominee 3 considers herself to be an indoors person. Her dream is to be an author of at least one book – she loves to read and hopes that through writing, she can take other people away to some other place, making them feel like they are on an adventure with the characters. Other than writing, she considers science, teaching and even photography! Another dream of hers is to learn to play instruments such as the piano, the violin, viola, guitar, and the flute. She is a person who tries very hard at everything, driven by the desire for her parents to be proud of her (which they probably are). This user is also very passionate about saving the animals and our environment, she would like to make the world a better place and help the animals that are dying out. One thing that she is not passionate about, however, is cereal – she doesn’t eat it often and doesn’t have a favourite brand.
4. Nominee 4 joined Virtual Popstar a couple of months after it opened. She believes that the website would be improved if there was more Admin activity. What she loves most about VP is how the community is very close. To users that are hesitant to join, she says that they should join as it is free, colourful, has cute avatars and the only thing you have to lose is just a bit of your time. This user does not currently have any goals on here but would describe herself as a good role model who likes to take a stand against certain ideas. Offline, something that might surprise you about her is that she considers herself a push-over. In her spare time, she likes to read, play video games, sometimes draw and make fun of herself. For her future, she aspires to live a long, healthy and mostly happy life. To end the interview in response to her favorite cereal brand she says ‘Cocoa Puffs 4 life”.
5. Nominee 5 is our newest nominee as she only joined Virtual Popstar 3 months ago! She loves the small, super close knit community and the support that everyone offers each other, She has felt very welcome on here since day one. She thinks VP could improve of there was a design program on the site for people to design clothing. Speaking of designing, she likes to design for VP in her spare time. Her designs are her biggest contribution to VP and she often designs a lot of requests from other users. She wants people to have the opportunity to see the clothing that they really want in the stores. Evidently, she would love a designer badge! Aside from designing, this user also likes to draw, paint, read and spend time with her friends and family. It is her dream to be able to afford art school and become an illustrator or teach art. She says that art has been at the centre of her life for as long as she can remember. Something that most people don’t know about her and would struggle to guess is that she is 24 years old and has never been on a date and finally, her favourite cereal is Fruit Loops!
