Nominee 1
What nominee 1 likes most about VP is the diversity of the community. She says that because we all hail from different countries, VP is a virtual melting pot! To people having doubts about VP, this user would let them know that the majority of the users are friendly and very supportive to each other. She believes the website would improve if we could interact with Kaj more and if there was a significant PD increase for each level achieved. She has been on VP since April of last year and would say that she contributes to the community by providing comic relief and affirms that we ALL contribute something to the site in different ways. Her VP goals are to become a living legend and own every article of clothing in the shops! Outside VP, an aspiration of hers is to pay it forward by giving back and founding her own charity. She works in the nursing field and in her personal time she spends time with her significant other, with friends or watching reality TV shows. Something that you might not know about her is that she can sing well and has won a couple of talent shows (and she swears that she didn’t pay the judges!). Lastly, her favourite sport is American football – she is competitive at it and her height seems to give her an advantage.
Nominee 2
Nominee 2 has been on VP for two months and loves that the users on VP are supportive and sweet people who push you up when you get down! She feels that VP is an open place where you can address your problems and receive sympathy. This user has contributed to the community by bring almost 200 players to the site! Yay! She hopes to see the admins become more active and has many VP goals including: being able to buy credits with her own money, becoming a moderator that people can look up to, becoming an ET member and joining the Youtube team. If you have doubts about this site, she would be happy to tell you that the site is social and that there are people on here who can chat with you and help you. When she is not on VP she likes to play other online games, read, draw and solve complicated math problems. Her biggest aspiration involves becoming someone that can support their family. She would also like to be successful in managing business and would like to be accepted into a good college. Something interesting about her is that despite her humongous attitude and stubbornness, she is a huge introvert and is a “sleepy cat” inside. Also, she loves food but barely eats it around her friends yet when she is alone or with family, she chomps it down! Lastly, her favourite sport is badminton because of the light racquets and the easy to hit shuttlecocks.
Nominee 3
Nominee 3 deserves some sort of award for having the shortest answers I have ever seen to the interview questions! Anyway, this user believes that VP could improve with a better layout. Her favourite thing about VP is the clothing. She has been on VP for nearly a year now and states that she has no VP goals – she just likes to play for fun. Nominee 3 contributes through her activity on the teams and to someone who is hesitant about joining VP, she would let them know that VP is fun and everyone is nice. She likes to go to rock concerts in her free time, aspires to help people, dislikes sports and something about her that might surprise you is that she is bad at speaking out loud.
Nominee 4
What nominee 4 loves most about VP is the community. She says that because we are a small community, it is easier to get to know one another. She also likes the dress-up aspect of the site and enjoys ET events. She would love to see the admins engage more with the community, even if it means having 10 minutes aside each day to check up on VP and respond to their messages. As well, she thinks the site needs better games (ones that don’t make you want to pull your hair out because of the small rewards) She has been on VP since the beginning and believes she contributes to the community by posting regularly, making people feel welcome, helping people and hosting or joining events. If you are having doubts about VP she would tell you to ‘give it a try. You might like it or you might think that it is boring but you won't know without trying’ and that you are always welcome on VP. She doesn’t really have any huge VP goals but off VP she is focusing on her uni grades and would like to eventually help people somehow by working in research (psychology or neuroscience) or becoming a clinical psychologist. In her spare time she is working, reading or playing games. Finally, she hates almost everything about sport.

Our last nominee, nominee 5, has been on VP for 6 months and loves the tight-knit community of VP (also, she would like to thank whoever nominated me – it means a lot to her). She thinks that VP could benefit if the admins were more involved in the community – she would love to chat with them and would like the chance to get to know them. She contributes by being an active member and her biggest goal on VP is to collect all of the items on her wishlist. Her words of wisdom to people who are hesitant to join VP are: ‘please give the site a chance. Take the time to get to know the members of our community. Trust me, it's worth it. I've made many great friends on here, and I hope to make many more’. This user likes to spend her personal time with her family and friends. Her dream is to travel the world and learn as much as she can about each country in the world as she is passionate about learning about other countries. She would say that she is a fairly open person and her favourite sport is walking (if you consider that a sport, which I do) because it helps her relax and be one with nature. She also likes swimming because she loves the water.
