You have to make up you own symbol. You can use pictures from the net to help (for like a background or something, like IBrassMonkey did). You can merge two pics, just as long as you explain why you chose to merge them.

I picked 3 pictures from Google and combined them + Added the text.
The pictures show that the world is made up of differences. Different countries, religions, races and so on. The text aims to show that diversity should make people value and respect each other and not bring about rifts between us.
