Poll: Have you had any paranormal experiences?
Do you believe in ghosts?

Two people in my surroundings are highly sensitive. My sister and a friend from school.  Although, my step brother went through something terrible when he lived in Norway. He left the apartment and slept at our house for two weeks. I heard him and mom talking about it when they thought everyone was asleep. Things moved when he was asleep. One time, he pretended he was sleeping, and he put his phone on the duvet just to see someone taking it and putting it on the table. Everytime he left to go to work, the lamp in the hallway blinked a 2-3 times, and after that, he always got goosebumps. He contacted a medium, who said that there used live a couple of old ladies in that apartment. One of them had started to like him since he had a very structured lifestile. The medium said that she blinked the lamps to tell him "goodbye" when he was leaving. This guy was the most critical human being ever. He didn't believe in anything paranormal. Seeing him being that shitless made the family realise that it was actually for real.

I overthink a lot. I feel comfortable thinking that this reality isn't enough. I know there's more. The human technology can't prove everything. You can't crack every code. Humanity doesn't have to know how everything works.

I feel things sometimes. The night me and my friend slept in our art class room. People who had done that before, said that many things happened at night in a specific corner. It did. I stayed up listening to everything. I heard high slams, it felt like things were moving, but I couldn't figure out what it was. I asked my very critical friend if she made the noises, but she had already fallen asleep. The noises continued. I could trace them, and I felt something over me, but it quickly went back to it's original corner.

One or two years later, last year, my sensitive classmate joined, and she felt it directly. Her table was 1,5 m away from the corner. His name was Per, and she made him go away.
She told me how to do it, and so I shared it with my sister so that she could test it at her work.. A lot of coworkers had scary experiences closing the store. They had a bell for customers to use if they needed help. That bell used to ring while being locked inside the drawer. They've also felt someone running through the store while they're closing and no customer is inside.
Anyways, the technique worked!! She hasn't noticed anything paranormal since she did it.

Last thing!! Which was supposed to be the main thing but I'm an AD(H)D-storyteller cliche.
Last year, my class visited the castle in Kalmar, and I hated being in some of the rooms. I tried to stick as close to my friends as possible. I felt afraid without context. So I made some research, and the area where I felt this way - was told to be haunted. Of course.

Tell me about your paranormal experiences or stories. Who actually needs sleep??? <.<

Me and my sister visited a thrift store in a very old house last year. I'm pretty sure it used to be someone's home. They had stuff for sale in the attic, and we looked into was a small room with bookshelfs. As soon as we went in, we both felt "nope, lets go". It's interesting how the air can change so quickly, whatever it is. It feels like som kind of pressure. It gets a bit harder to breathe. It feels like  your body instinctively opens up and listens to the energies around. Whatever makes that happen, there's a chance it's not explainable.

Okay but that first ghost sounded kinda cozy she just wanted to b nice :^(

And ye I believe in ghosts. Not sure what I believe they are tho. I'm not sure if I believe that they're a ghost of their past self and got their old personality, or if they're just a bundle of energy that never started as a human to begin with

I will not talk about my unusual experiences but I can say that I'm currently in a process to opening my third eye.
Let's see how that turns out.

I believe in spirits. I had an out of body -experience when I was about 17 and back then it scared the hell out of me but it changed my view on "paranormal" stuff forever. I also used to be able to see peoples aura's when I was a kid but I rarely see them anymore. I've heard it's pretty common for kids to be more sensitive for that kind of stuff so that might explain it.

I'm also pretty sure I'm highly sensitive to spirits, because I am a sensitive and very spiritual person. I've dealt with a lot of mental stuff and I have autism, which i have a theory, that if you have a diagnosis like that, you're more likely to attract ghosts because of your sensitivity. I've often lived in ''not haunted'' places and then slowly but surely it would become haunted by something. I have dreams that come true as well... it's so weird

My classmate  saw so many ghosts as a child. She didn't have anyone to talk to about it. It calmed down after a while, until she got run-down from her work a few years ago. Then it all came back, and it was so bad. People walked outside her house, begging her to help them. She told me about one time when she was lying alone in bed, and suddenly felt a barrier broke, and an old man from nowhere looked her in panic. It must've been so traumatizing. She can also feel people's energy. She always looks at me when I get my anxiety from nowhere.
Her sister's children are also highly sensitive, even though she knows they aren't comfortable talking about it she can see it. Whenever they visit her, she has to cleanse her house afterwards. They bring spirits everywhere they go.

Btw, I'm a fellow aspie!
I'm very aware of general patterns around me. The underlined red thread of energies. I understand where energies go,  what happens and why. It's hard to explain, but very predictable.

Lately, I've been starting to sync to random stuff. For example, I was cooking food and randomly got a memory from a bad movie I saw, and I tried to think about the concept and figure out which one. I finally figured it out, and later that evening, I turned on my tv which I barely use - and realised that movie was playing.

I think of random stuff and seconds later people in tv-shows starts to talk about them. This happens irl too.  These weird coincidences are happening way too often. It used to suprise me, but now it's gotten pretty normal. I know people would say it's psychological, but that's mostly a comfort for critical people.
Also, I can instinctively feel when animals are around - but that's a story for next time. @Arsinoe

Well this isn't quiet mine, but it's my brothers.
He used to live an apartment with his wife and 2 kids. Sometimes their tv would shut on and off or the kids toys would start playing music. They told me that their kids was super afraid of the kitchen, they didn't dare to go out there at night, because a man would stand out there looking at them. The kids had apparently also seem him standing by the bed when they woke up at nights.

Idk it damn freaked me out when they told me, i have never been comfortable in that apartment. They ended up moving too thought.
