I go into hibernation, and lower any expectations for any of my winter and spring exams that I had hope for during summer.

Also grabbing some vitamins 
And trying to take care of myself but w a lot of other external and internal pressure, im currently failing and heading into casual neglect

always. i try to sit with a daylight lamp 1-2 hours a day and go for a walk while its bright outside idk...

i think i have summer depression. i am just a constant personified sweat stain and it makes me feel like absolute shit all summer and i have no motivation. so now that its finally getting colder again, im becoming more comfortable and i wanna do stuff again!
