academic design and communication! we're supposed to come up with our own research question and had a whole course worth of time to think of how we could conduct our research, if this was a real experiment. at the end of the course, we're supposed to hand in a proposal and get graded based on its quality

and honestly yes, i want to do something about this, but i don't know how to prove that the other people didn't write anything  i kind of want to say something in the group chat but ehhhh i need a good grade out this course and these people are just not competent. at. all.

ig version control on google docs? i turned on the more detailed version of it today, but the past version already shows that me and the other person did the most + i always handed in our assignments (i waited last time for literally anyone else to do it, but no one did. meaning that they either relied on me to do it each time or just ignore the deadlines in general). i have no idea how these people passed their first year of uni, given that you need at least 42 ECs to be able to continue

im currently in group work with absolutely useles teammates as well, who do research on a completely different topic that cannot be used bcause its not the fucking topic 
n then u have to find a way to tell them that they did the wrong thing (badly, might i add) withou tem getting all pissy about it

i just made the handout for the presentation on my own and only gave the others permissiosn to view the document and not edit
and heavily edited the powerpoint to edit out all the typos, generally wrongly written words (cant they see the programm underlining it as wrong?) and make it all look cohesive and presentable

we will be graded individually but god would it be embarassing to have this presentation otherwise

i think i will show the edit history and gc messages to her after the poster presentation (our final task after the proposal). some of these mfs keep turning it off though, which is annoying

LOOL i did the same (only able to view, not edit) with the final version i'm making. i mean, it would be GREAT, if someone participated, but i'd probably also just end up fixing typos and incorrectly used terms. i wish my proposal would be graded individually as well

what course are you doing?

I can never understand how some people have no care about college. if you don't feel motivated than find something that does motivate you instead of wasting yours and others time and money >:c
