yes agreed....

i always think my pronunciation is good and then i start speaking and it is. not so good
but english is also just hard to pronounce sometimes!

yeah it like pops up in every comment field if you let it, so it's kinda handy if it feels like giving your the right word. idk the quality of it.

me and verb + subject agreement is at constant war.

words like perceive or receive are annoying af, same with anything with sc like ascended
so many words with c spoken like s can fuck off, along with all the words with s that could as well be c but i cant ever be quite sure and then i start thinking about it and both versions look and sound wrong

for spelling all sh and r sounds are the worst. if a sentence has multiple sh and s sounds, i will 100% mix some of them up, idk why it happens

that bein said my grammar on here is usually ASS but I think people who have heard me speak would agree that it’s not as bad as it comes across on here 😭 and my spelling n written grammar is bad in Swedish too so it’s less of a language comprehension thing

after i (ironically) took a course in "the varieties of english" at uni my elitist views of it crashed out the window. 
if we are using english as a lingua franca the PURPOSE IS TO BE UNDERSTOOD. If you're understood by the person you're communicating with, you've suceeded. Wether that's in british english, american english, indian english, ugly ass norwegian english, broken english, bad grammar english or even a mix of three languages, like you're winning either way.

I always try to tell my mom this like the main point of language is being able to communicate n being understood so as long as ur being understood then it doesn’t matter how you get there!
