Well to be fair the only people who are the suck ups. Are the ones who follow people with power on the site or with popularity so to speak. I'm not complaining I'm just stating that the only reason for someone to suck up to someone would be for personal gain

And as for people who defend other people claiming that others are bullies well they usually are just sticking up for a friend. 

I do agree with the completely mean and bite your head off statement though.

Which is problematic.

People need to realize that your friends can do shitty things sometimes and that calling them out on their bad behavior is not attacking them nor does it mean you don't like them. you don't have to support someone 100% of the time to be their friend, cuz if u do, how will they learn or grow?

I see what you are saying, and i do respect that to an extent. But in my case i usually only stick up for my friend if i agree with them, or if i feel like they deserve assistance in some situations.
