But I can totally relate to your problem! For me it actually helped being out more during the day so I get more tired and get my energy off. And I also got an ereader which doesn't distract like a phone, you can turn off all the lights in your room and I can use darkmode and make the light very yellow so it's very easy on the eyes and that keeps my mind off things that would otherwise keep me awake. I do fall asleep with it sometimes but I don't really mind, at least I can usually fall asleep within 30-60 minutes now
