Nope, working in the ER taught me that as well, it sometimes takes a lot more and sometimes even after years things like that can happen
Though you cycling might've contributed for sure

I hope you're alright now, or at least better
I still remember my exhusband fainting over our cat at the vet's even though he's an army man and saw worse, and I got lightheaded when I had to deal with a kid that had a broken bone even though I saw worse at that point

Do you get enough vitamin D... And I mean the actual vitamin! 
Before I hit the doc's and started taking Vitamin D supplement I used to get lightheaded then went to the doc, ran some tests and yup ... I was low on vitamin D

lol yeah no im like 80% sure I am but D deficient all other seasons than the summer cos I have had my blood draw at the end of summer n then I was on the edge bdkflwödö

Yeah ahaha I did, back when I had the will n time for all of that

as others said as well bloodtest would be a good idea especially if you were deficient or almost
