can i has dumpling recipe pls
yes is so easy (well kinda, time consuming but easy steps)
cut off white part of green onion -> stir fry
fresh garlic if ur feelin fancy -> stir fry
dice shiitake finely -> stir fry
finely dice carrot -> stir fry ( i always use pre julliened carrot bc lazy)
vegetarian mince -> stir fry
add seasoning / sauces -> pinch of salt, sweet soy sauce, little bit of sesame oil, little bit of rice wine vinegar, black pepper, vegan oyster sauce

for the cabbage -> boil water
i always use pointed cabbage for my dumplings which is kinda cursed but the leafs are biggest so easier wrapping
peel cabbage leaves from cabbage +- 3/4 per person (they will get smaller so i do 2 big ones each 2 small ones each for me and my bf and its always too much lol)
blanch leaves individually or per 2 for a few minutes bc else too much in pan maybe? idk i always do it that way for no reason uhh...
pat dry after blanching

put filling in leaves -> fold them like tortillas (underside goes in, sides go in, top folded over them)
fry in little bit of oil in pan
done!

for dipping sauce i just dip it in sriracha

ITS SO GOOD!!! N EASY!!! the filling of the leaves can be a little hard though today they fell apart a little so i just tucked them back in lol
