lowkey i wouldn't even be worried about the cover i think 
im all for not stealing art obviously but this is a cover for a single which is i think pretty normal to get tattooed? correct me if im wrong but i think its fine to get it tattooed just like that

i think you should look for an artist that is specialised in a style like the album cover. someone who can do fine lines without them turning muddy. i highly discourage going to a tattoo artist that doesn't have a specialised style or someone cheap just bc they're cheap or someone nearby just bc they're nearby 
find someone who has a lot pictures of at least a year old work so you can see how their style holds up on the long term 

if you look for a tattoo artist who can do the style you're looking for you won't have to make many alterations to it! no black roses necessary

She has written on her website that she also does drop in tattoos between 10:00-20:00 so that's why I'm thinking I could stop by in the morning. I don't have time to get a tattoo tomorrow but I wanted to talk to her about the flowers and I figured maybe it's just easer to stop by

I've never waited that long hahah. but damocles is my favorite song of all time and I've wanted a tattoo for it for a long time now
