Then they are in the bootcamp for maybe a month, where they have some tasks to fill in (tasks would vary depending on team) and it'd be fun because then you'd get a sense of what it means to be in the team and the team gets a sense of how you'd do with the team!
you actually met in person or was this online? bcs i can imagine this being hard to manage when ppl live all around the world
we had to physically be in bootcamp in sweden and get up at 4am for morning drills n run 5 miles (i have no idea wht 5 miles is distance wise)
