I think its Cooporate speak for: this is a financial risk and we are not sure if this will pay as much as we hope it will in relation as to how much we earn from Momio - aka something that doesn’t earn them as much or less in relation to the resources put in (even if they make money from it) is considered a loss

I think the Danish goSupermodel was supported by Tv2 (Tv channel) in it's glory days, which might've given them more money to work with, so compared to that it's probably true.

But true. If they think there's money in it this time around, they should sacrifice their own money in the company on it instead, and take the risk. That's how most businesses work, and sometimes the gamble fails, sometimes it doesn't.

it's a completely different project. starting new projects (or bringing back alive old ones) are RISKY. they need to make sure it's profitable, otherwise the higherups at that company wouldn't allow it.
