i didn't get the one in stavanger and currently the only available semi-relevant is in oslo and the deadline is in 19 days and it's highly competitive and even if i did make it to the interview round last year i feel very.. yeah......... i don't have words 

also tromsø isn't going to utlyse any in the near future they don't get the funding for it and i know this because i already work there so i have contacts lol : (
i could always ask about the sámi thing but it feels so awkward because it's like.. .. i don't know, i feel like i should ask them like what exactly do i need to do to qualify for it

hey making it to the interview rounds when its competitive is no easy task, maybe you'd get further this time! i belive in you. though it would be very short notice for a move

it can't hurt to ask!
