This sounds like very good reason to stay home if you can, if the work enviro is bad and the thing that makes it okay is someone who won’t be there you should stay home, if they want you there more they need to make the work environment better

This sounds like very good reason to stay home if you can, if the work enviro is bad and the thing that makes it okay is someone who won’t be there you should stay home, if they want you there more they need to make the work environment better
yeah.. im rly considering quitting. this has been going on for a couple months now and its not rly getting better. a while back it came to a head and i was furious and they're like threathening me with writing me out and im like thats fine. go ahead. and then they can tell that im zoning out bc im so angry that im crying so theyre like "do you wanna come to work tomorrow" i was like "no." so they gave me the rest of theweek off 

i was fully expecting to be written out, as i had agreed to, but nope.they and nav didnt want me to have nothing to do. but when i express my wishes, they STILL use the "okay then you wont be here much longer" and im just like motherfuckers i already said thats fine. stop using it as a threath, i dont care. i dont even want to be here anymore with everything
