it clears all of my throat and nose, and idk I'm able to taste stuff even through the spice
like today I ate the carbonara one? did not use the full buldak sauce because I wanted to make it creamy and cheesy
added cheese powder, added sour cream(smietana, 2 spoons) and sprinkled grated cheese on top
mmmmmMMMM

Well I AM partially Asian and my grandma made me dishes that back in the day I remember drinking at LEAST 1 big bottle of water,
and once I had to drink half a gallon of milk, would not recommend lol
but it got better and she stopped making my food so spicy because my tolerance grew so yeee
I miss her food so much mmmmmmmm
the only person that made seafood so appealing for me aaaa

I love samyang noodles, buldak I get because this is the noodles that we have from that brand, but SOMETIMES I manage to find other ones from them and I stock up ahahaha

oh yeah, in my case I have chronic sinusitis so it helps so much
all the mucus just goes up and I can get rid of it, such a relief
