why are we cursed today?

Does anyone have experience with job interviews and can help me form questions I should ask an employer?
cursed foods such as warm cereal and banana pizza were discussed in great detail

and I’ve got no experience with real grown up jobs so I’m hoping someone else is willing to help 😭 I wish you luck nevertheless !
I am glad I was not here I am an expert in that eheabf

thank you! I feel like any experience I had with those flew out the window,
the only thing I know I want is a salary that matches one of my previous workplaces, which is 6k nis a month or 7k so between the 2 (1.5k eur to 1.7k for comparison)
and well, hopefully not full-time because I want to start a course as well
that’s a very nice salary wow

1.3k to 1.5k is like minimum or standard in Israel for this line of work, I can see how in Serbia it might be nice or in Poland where I live now at, but in Israel you can barely survive on that in the center
however I am not there anymore so hopefully I will be working and getting something in that range, halftime will be half of that and for here it is also good

mmmm

Does anyone have experience with job interviews and can help me form questions I should ask an employer?

how would you describe the working environment at the company/in the team?
how are working hours defined, is there room for flexibility?
home office?
what are the biggest challenges/priorities you face at work?'
what advice would you give yourself if you could go back in time to when you first joined the company?
what possibilities do I have to grow within  the company?

questions can vary depending on situation and job itself   if youre talking with someone in the team instead of a separate recruiter do ask questions about their own experiences as well! i've only had good reactions from those bcs everyone enjoys talking about themselves a little
and don't shy away from important questions like if youre a student and rely on flexible working hours do mention that!!
salary talk is always a bit scary, but if you tell them a higher number than what you actually just want and finish the sentence 'but i am open to have a discussion about it' it can go two ways: they tell you that's too high and propose a salary to which you decide if it's good enough, or they actually accept your salary and your making a lil more cash

have heard of people that reply to salary questions with 'what is the salary range you offer to people in the same position?' but havent tried that one out yet so idk

good luck !!!

Oh that's hella nice

The job is remote, the interview is the final one to answer my questions because I passed everything and they want me
I wrote down these questions

"What is the salary range you offer to people in the same position, in the different regions and countries they live in? and can it be negotiated?"

"Are you looking for someone full-time? is there room for flexibility when it comes to other priorities?"

"Am I expected to work as a freelancer? if so, will I get guidance or help with that since I stated that I never worked as one and have no clue on how to navigate through that and achieve it?"

I will write down the experience thing and how the manager got to that position,
AND regarding the room for growth although they DID have a question like that before in a self-interview, asking me if I see myself in a managing position NOW or in the near future and it makes me think, do they NEED someone already in that position? or like
they are asking to see if I would be good in case they need one? I answered absolutely PFFFF and expanded on why

uhh those are good questions

i would re-formulate the third one bcs feels like your talking down on your own abilities
smth like 'will i get guidance or assistance from someone  in the team/work? (or is the intention more that i work by myself?)' / 'is there a mentorship program, that allows me to learn from my experienced coworkers?' any human would not think anything bad of your question, but when being in the 'recruiter position' they can be picky sad

oh nono
guidance with obtaining permits to work as a freelancer
the job description and the tests and everything I found so far shows the role is pretty much learned by yourself, from videos, from asking others...

Working as an employee and having a freelancer contract are different and I've just never worked as a freelancer so If they want me to do that I need to know how lol
like, let me send you their website with all that they describe about working with em and specifically the role I applied to
