well its not like i dont know the language at all but i cant communicate well 

since estonia is a post soviet country theres a lot of russians here and russian schools and stuff 
i just went to russian school and didnt communicate with people outside school much so no talking to estonians therefore no language practice therefore only school lessons level estonian

I see, yeah my experience was different, Russian schools do not...? I think? exist in Israel but MAAANY russian speakers, I was thrown into a boarding school and they just spoke to me in hebrew and english until I learned the language lmao
