court curators visit here on family matters
so usually a family gets a divorce, broken families, etc.
however, they also visit when a couple wanna get married.
so she visited us and asked us some stuff about how we met and how things were, do we had enough space to live with the fiance's parents, and just general stuff for the court to decide if we could get married
she said we do seem like a good couple, and how she was happy to sit down and write good things this visit because he entire day consisted of bad visits and how it was lighter
and that we'd make beautiful kids.... smh
I just love how my mil was encouraging the curator lady that ye we will, but when she left she joked with me that she couldn't just say "nah how could I tell her you don't want them?" in the sense that she would not want to complicate stuff for us,
and to be acknowledged by her like that and for her to be respectful of my choice (not realllyyy choice but sorta) to not have kids.... happy tears

Well we are an international couple, so I'd say more reason for that?
although she did not raise any questions related to visas or anything
she literally asked if IM, not my fiance but ME, am getting forced into it because maybe I got pregnant or anything else, was heartwarming to see her care about someone who's not from around
She was a lovely lady, no kids but I DO agree his genetics are chef's kiss, it do be a waste AHAHA
