Poor lad, he's severely depressed now and barely talks to anyone. He accidentally called me on whatsapp at 7:30 a while back, I should've used the excuse to check up on him but it's too late now

It's like a 24hour hostel type situation so I'd be there to talk to them, help them out with anything, make sure everyone's safe, fed, showered, that sort of thing. Nothing you have to be qualified for professionally, so as long as I can talk my way into seeming impressive I should be fine because it doesn't say you need any experience in the field.
