my sister is bed-bound, cant communicate and needs 24 hr care. i wouldnt be able to give her that if i moved out. not without losing my job. i wouldnt be able to care for her on my own so i would have to leave her if i left home

could you maybe report your parents to some services? its very clear that they arent taking care of their daughter who requires help... scary to even think what would happen to her if  you werent there....

i dont like to think of that, also to think of what would happen if i contacted them. would they take her? she already didnt get proper care from holiday centres in previous years. one time we came back from holiday and she was starved at a holiday care centre and they "accidently overdosed" her on her own medicine... and shes unaware of most things shes being given. she was like a skeleton a few times, it was horrifying
