Multiple books at once ! I usually try to keep it at 3-ish, but it's been a bad choice of books, so one left me bored, one left me angry and one left me sad, so I've been switching between them. The two others are just on the sideline, because one of them is slow to get to the point and the last one is a shitty romance, so I can only take so much bullshit at a time.
i think my brain would mix storylines n things ive read n confuse w what im currently reading n then forgettign what i had read when i pick book up again n stuff

honestly a fair point. I think it helps when the stories are vastly different. I've read one with people travelling in space and another with women fighting for a right to vote. They're so different in their setup and writing that they simply are impossible to mix up
