They are very different but. I just like blåskjell cus its the least fishy/oceany tasting one, and the texture is not so gummy. Had kamskjell in seafood soup once and it was bad, but mby cus there also was lobster in there and that is bad bad

Yes its just melted butter with chopped hard boiled egg in semi small pieces (not like minced but) and sometimes some chives (?? Gressløk). Put on fish after its cooked yes and I put on boiled potato too, but its not a humongous mass
