but in terms of like an actual playable game sims 2 is objectively best i think, i feel like most sims players agree on this. Sims 3 would be great but it just wasnt playable for so many people
TRUE like the fashion in the older games is "ugly" in a charming way. ive tried playing sims 3 with no cc in recent years and i still enjoyed making sims bc the clothes are so 2010 in the best way, but sims 4 clothes are mostly just plain ugly n boring without cc

and yea thats why sims 2 gets extra points for me   the fact that even with a beasty gaming pc u have to download nraas fix mods to keep it running smoothly.... Nasty. but the game was so good tht i endured it. me 10 years old sitting there for over one hour waiting for my save file to load to then run on 10 fps and crash after 40 minutes

yes exactly!!! i just went thru just like teen female clothes in ts2 cas and like there are so many base game gems even whe nyou cant mix and match because the clothes had so much personality, n very of the time ugly but like if u wanna make a goth u can make a goth in base game...
n sims 3 colorwheel annoying but so maney posibilities with tha clothes...
