On Saint Lucy's day one of then got a little tear, and I forgot to stitch it up so today it ripped of a whole piece because a sleigh got stuck. So I just stitched on the leather piece again. 
Exactly, it really sucks
I feel like that's how it always happens. Good thing you could fix it though!
It looks ugly, but I just use them for work anyways
