No I did not see! Honestly I don’t pay attention I take them maybe an hour before I go to bed all I know is when I go to sleep I eventually actually fall asleep in a normal amount of time instead of in several hours
do u get the sleeping med hangover

that is good! i have no idea what i was on but it was called vallergan n is an antihistamine(?) used for allergy but apparently also sleep

Oh yes I think my sibling was given that for like anxiety when flying ??? I just take melatonin cos it’s what my siblings were prescribed for sleep issues due to adhd growing up
