id just cross the deadname so no one else can read it
i "get" it if it was personal documents from your teacher. i personally have my deadname in brackets at my college because my legal documents still say my deadname, but my teachers call me by my real name because i was allowed to put another name in the system (although in documents like my university enrollment or especific things like that they do use my deadname), but there's no excuse for you to use someone's deadname in a list where other people are allowed to see that. they don't need to know your classmate's deadname

Yeah like for administrative purposes I get it, sadly it’s a digital copy so it’s just like there until the person emails about it :/ it’s just so strange because so far my uni has been very good with handling this sort of stuff n now suddenly it’s just like oh okay… e-e ig im sorta assuming the person it’s regarding finds it to be an issue too maybe they don’t care, I just know how stressed I’d be about it T-T
