n all that said, johny mulaney is not the funniest snl host! n pete davidson is not that funny n its annoying that he cracks up in every fucking sketch
Snl is not funny at all if you ask me, only the sketches where they crack up and cant hold it together can make me laugh (and i rewatch them a lot because yes those never get old for me) soo Pete is the funniest member rn in my opinion.
i am very fond of sketch humour n revues and such, so it is very funny to me! n ppl cracking up takes me out of the bizarre situation theyre creating

i dont think there is anything wrong with gossiping! as long as its not unkind and cruel. humans r social beings, n catching up n knowing stuff abt the people in ur circle is fun. spilling the tea... mmm!

now, john mulaney is not in my circle, but i do not have a parasocial relationship to a man i watch in passing on snl for being morbidly fascinated by his life and image falling apart.

oooh that's a hot take

i never rly understood why it's wrong to gossip as long as you're not harming anyone by doing it. it's a normal social interaction. telling friends abt 'good' things ppl do is normal, why is talking about 'bad' things then suddenly not okay

murder is sometimes justified - it's not always realistic to say that ppl could've just gone to the police or smth in cases of abuse. 'nd i'm not just talking abt self-defense cases. if a person has done u wrong severely, i think murder can be justified

Police don’t protect women they protect abusers.  Look at what happened to gabby petito and that cop giggling with the abuser about how bitches be crazy. Or shit look at sarah everhard.

like idk how true that 40% statistic that gets talked about is but like policing isn’t trauma informed and a lot of cops literally abuse women so cops are good because they help women is not the take you think it is
Again, that is probably very true in the US, but not everywhere
Sarah everard was British. But you’re right that I don’t have a very global perspective on policing. I wonder if the amount of trauma my nation has faced at the hands of our own police makes it harder for me to think outside the us on this one. Because i do think im better and thinking globally than the average American thanks to all the time I’ve spent on vp with you guys but on this issue you’re right I’ve got a very American knowledge set
I also think you're very well informed of the world outside the US though. Sometimes I try to imagine myself living there, growing up there, and it feels so off putting and I don't understand how peole can deal. I meme on you guys a lot but in reality I feel sympathy

@ouch hah some of these are pretty funny. i haven't looked much at it, but at a glance i think it's pretty harmless tbh. it seems like these are just a bunch of people, who might or might not be trans, dipping their toes into the trans-world, and seeing if it's actually something they belong in, or not.

LOLed at this one:

which is so ironic cause i talk abt how performing femininity (wearing skirts) doesn't mean ur trans etc.
