Have you tried to lay on a hot pillow? I know a friend of mine who had extreme pain used to do that. But I usually just lie on the floor and cry, sooo ehh. Hope you'll survive <3
We don't have any, also I have stuff to do. Though I only do smth in the short moments when the pain is bearable, hopefully we will be done with what we can do soon
