Thank you! It sounds a little weird in a sentence I see. Sorry, it's been a wild week. (that is a recap of the past 7 days)
My boyfriend's dad died last week out of nowhere. We do not know how it happened, but he wasn't sick for a long period of time, but was just found without life. (No suicide) He was 62.
It's been a weird period honestly, because I know my boyfriend fights with a whole lot of guilt for feeling relief in him dying peacefully (He was extremely mentally ill and didn't live a good life. He slept on cardboard in his room because he was that afraid of his own thoughts for instance), but he's also feeling extremely sad because his dad meant a lot to him, so it's been messy to look through the pieces he's left behind.

Besides the big life events, life is going normally. We've just been busy. We travelled a ton in summer and came home and started looking at houses to settle, and I'm very afraid of being an adult.
Dog's been limping for two weeks. We went to the vet, and she couldn't say anything specific about the leg unfortunately, but she started getting better, but then jumped down the bed, and now we're back to square one, so I'm hoping it'll be better again some time next week, or else we'll visit the vet again.
