Okay yeah we have that too I’m always in two minds about it cos on one hand I don’t like people feeling forced to work on holidays because so much extra pay on the other i like that people are getting such good compensation for it if they wanna work on a holiday!
but if they can send people around between stores I like the Danish way cos I was worried about people working in poor neighborhoods getting like less break opportunities ya know

Yeah my sister n brother have always been happy with it but I also know my sister is sorta sad to be missing holidays so it’s still sorta double edged sword I fink
