I just feel like all the outfits that gets attention are those that has like a million unnecessary items, if you get what I mean. Not that getting "attention" is everything, cause I'd rather love it myself and everyone hating it than the other way around, but yeah I just feel like that, especially for contests, only the outfits that are using literally the maximum amount of items wins.

I guess, I don't think much of the items count tbh 
But yes, people tend to vote for the outfits they feel like people have used the most time on and I guess using more items often looks like that because it takes a lot of time to click on items rather than mixing and matching so everything fits.
