today i met bf after work and on the bus home i said i wanted to play val and asked if he wanted to play with me (i asked him to play as soon as we both got home)

its 10 / 11pm and i ask if he wants to val and he said sure we are online already
i get online him and his friends are in a game thats kinda just started
so i was about to message him saying i will join next game but he messages me 2 say that it will be his last game bcus the game is making him angry

like what do i even say to that? i asked him to play this morning, he didnt invite me to play but when i invite myself hes heading off? like cmon thats not fair. not even the first time it happens but he knows i havent been playing recently, bcus he has been staying at my house and using my pc.
and there was a new character out i wanted to try to get and i told him i didnt wanna play alone and my usual friend is on a gaming cleanse (aka not playing pc games or using his phone much, etc) idk
should i even be upset about this? i just wished he couldve invited me earlier in the evening or told me when he started to play or smth idk

that really sucks im sorry fuji sad if i was into multiplayer shooters i would get valorant to play w/ you if that any consolation
idk him but if my partner wanted to play a round with me i think i would persevere thru at least one round even if the game of pissing me off
