They have been fairly active even after reaching the goal with the crowndfunding, which I would consider a proof enough as well, that they really are tyring to bring the site back. I can only say that fingers crossed!

not to mention if it was going to be a scam, it'd be STUPID to use a vetted platform like Indiegogo
there's protections in place every step of the way
