No! It's pretty much mine if I want it. It's also just expectations for the role.
It'll be a small raise next year and then go quite far up from there over the next few. Top salary will be 42K (+18,78% pension), which I'll hit after 7 years, so that gives an average of 1K a year as a raise?
that sounds not bad, steady and nice, and I imagine you can find something better if u want a bit of a higher salary but not too high that you'd have to work in one of those big firms unless you are happy with 42k in 7 years, idk how it works rlly in Denmark
