Yeah, I have played it quite a lot. It's been a long time since I did though. You start with a kingdom, and make a monarch. The game is based around doing different quests, which became available when you unlock new professions, such as wizard, knight and doctor. There's only a hunger meter and sleep meter, so it's pretty easy to keep your Sims' mood up.
