and many minecraft (as well as roblox) server mods and admins are (and several have been proven to be) very questionable ppl + signing nda's can make it worse for the employees, especially if they are underage, since then they can't seek for help if something bad happens

honestly i doubt they're going to hire any 16 year olds as mod at all considering literally everyone ive seen whose excited for gsm excluding lovelin is a legal adult
