we had to learn all these words for an oral exam first year of uni and i still get nightmares from it

meh i’m an english language and lit student and I mix BrE and AmE a fair amount also… out of pure disrespect for the English language ❤️
as long as people understand you. you’re good to go! and if they don’t then. they can pick up a dictionary!

i agree! unles you write a book or soemthing in english, who cares about misspellings or a lil fucked p grammar here n there ... especially as a non native speaker, you are allowed to have an accent and make mistakes in spelling and grammar.

i think the key to learning any language is not being afraid of mistakes and accepting that you will always make mistakes
