the worlds is one of the worst parts of sims 4 n thats says a lot given how poopy sims 4 is imagine going from open world sims 3 to making the world even more restrictive and dead than sims 2 which wasnt even dead just restrictive
yes i thought i would at least find one world i liked but no... also Technically the idea of being able to move thru all worlds freely is pretty nice but its also like.. its only Needed because none of the worlds are extensive enough to hold up on its own. and it also makes it so the world feels even smaller like.. even if u have ALL ts4 worlds, it takes 2 sec to move between them and all townies from everywhere will show up no matter where u are. ts3 felt HUGE even if u were restricted to one world, especially because it felt like all the other worlds u arent currently playing in still existed but as some other location in a completely fdifferent part of the world...........
like when ive played like 50+ in game weeks in one world and i know its getting overloaded so i stuff ALL my important sims into one overstuffed household, save them to my library and start a new save with them in a different world, it fr just feels like theyve moved across the world or smth
omg if u ever do that again use nraas porter so u dont lose any progress with your household! actually idk if u didnt lose any progress but im assuming saving them to the library makes u lose lifetime reward points and skills and stuff like that.. but with nraas porter u dont!

I had all sims 1 and sims 2 in dvds hsgbds 
sims 3 I slowly got all those on cds but not all and rest in codes
and sims 4 I never bothered lol not worth it whatsoever
I DID also buy the sims 2 for psp
