For part time jobs, yes, knowing someone is extremely important to get your foot inside, but for actual full time jobs based on education?? Like I haven't had any jobs myself either yet, I've recently dropped out of uni, and I'm trying to pursue a career in dance before I moving on to something "normal"... so if network is as important as you say, then I'm definitely fucked tooPeople underestimate the value of a network.
