I'm glad they try to put an effort into having some vegan options, it's far better now than it was earlier. I don't think we should force anyone into becoming vegan, but I think we should put some solid effort into teaching some meat eaters that it's allowed to eat vegetables and other things than meat all the time. When my dad was still working, some of his coworkers would eat taco that was literally a tortilla wrap with nothing but meat on and that's unacceptable.
Yes, exactly, and things are definitely getting better. Two years ago there were barely any vegan options in Norway, but now I find new vegan things everywhere, though there's still a lot missing. I'm not trying to force my beliefs on anyone, I've been clear on that since the beginning, but I obviously do believe that eating some more fruits and veggies is good for everyone. And it's ok if they won't become fully vegan, but cutting down on the meat consumption would do good for everyone
My dad is the worst when it comes to this, during dinner he often says things like "the meat won't bite, it's already dead" and if my mum serves something vegan he gets furious and almost starts screaming for meat it's ridiculous.
