it's already embarrassing enough that it's happened enough in front of my boss for him to call it my "Shutdown mode"  (im not upset he calls it that, its kinda funny, just embarrassing that it happens so uch its got a name)
and like after, bc of this, i will not remember most things said to me once we r out of the situation which is so awkwardddd
i think the one thing that is good about group stuff is that even if people dont experience the exact same kinda shut down mode thing u do they still have experience with the whole doing x "irrational" thing and feeling embarassed about it so usually ppl are pretty chill wiuth it i feel like, at least all the mentally ill autist in good trans lead activity group i went to was very fine with me just sitting non verbally the whole time i was there evrei week

i am probably overthinkin it ay.. but idk its just very new + being in unfamiliar city, having bus anxiety to places im unfamiliar with and just b\it being a huge ommitment is just aaa

oh yeah thats extra layer to it that sounds poopy,,, could you maybe take the bus route there with someone u know at an earlier date as practice? n maybe make it a fun outing... get some iced cream as a reward....

so i have a friend i met through work who did offer to go with me bc she used to live there but we havent hung out in a while so id feel stupid asking now
