honestly, group therapy is all about connecting n seeing other people with similar experiences n stuff, the only thing were missing is a therapist to guide the convo, but like im often asked like do u have a support system n people u can talk to n i can usually tell that its in conjuction with cause if not u can get group help and i always say yes i do have that cos i can just come on vp n talk about my problems with me fellow mentally ill queers
