I mean, as far as Iknow it's harder getting broken cc in sims 4, compared to sims 3 where you could get it from any sim your download

but i'd look through the mods n cc just to make sure

liek I had one cc that added 3908476534785690134759 eyebrows I didn't want, so I had to look through them.

I still haven't figured out which mod/cc did it but i know it's gone aha

No yeah I know .package files are usually safer than the other kind sims 3 used, so downloading .package files for sims 3 were also a whole lot safer.
I don't think it's a broken file, I just think I've clicked on a wrong link somewhere probably, or the download link included more things than I thought.

Yeah, sometimes download discriptions are a bit unclear
