nooo its actually so chill!!!!! i just have it on autopay yearly and then when i wanna move u scroll thru the list and it shows what spot you have in the queue on the site n stuff much less scary than like reavching out to someone on faccebook who is renting out their apartment or whatever

honestly im not entierly sure how it works but on the site private owned also shows up, so maybe??? but theyre super expensive cxompared to city owned so they usually have really short queue? they might have their own separate ones too though im rly not sure

but thats like first hand contracts

if you just own an apartment and wanna rent it out then no queue needed, probably other rules but idk

the thought of city owning apartments that arent just kommunalboliger or omsorgsbolig is so strange to me..... i have no opinion on it but i just always thing of kommunalbolig as something negative idk why.... mayb usually bad standard and certain ppl living there?! i have no clue..
