I normally freeze it too but I'm aiming at trying to empty my freezer as I don't know when I'll be back, it might be in like.. 10 weeks? 
Not very much, I have rice. The rest kind of requires larger meals

you can make taco "rundstykker"
won't have to buy a whole bread
I buy a couple rolls, cut off the top layer and take out the "innmat" (lmao). Then I fill that with taco mince and put cheese on top. Cook them in the oven until the cheese melts and put sour cream and salsa on top 
to make the mince cheaper you can look into chicken or pork mince 

it's minimum washing up and you can make enough for several days with one pack of mince
