once his coffee was ready, devilcake thanked fujiwara and sat down to finish his design. however, he was lacking the motivation to design and his mind kept going back to fujiwara. he decided to strike up a conversation with her and asked about hentai lord and about her job here at the campus. fujiwara opened up to him and shared her passion for her boyfriend and how she was working at the cafe to support her sister and to move out. devilcake was amazed by her talent as a barista when he took a sip of his coffee and tasted how good it was. 

from that day on, devilcake became a regular at the campus cafe. he would often sit and chat for quite a while, sharing his thoughts and design WIPs with fujiwara. devilcake slowly came out of his shell and started to open up to fujiwara, and she loved to listen to his rambles about percy and his games. their friendship grew stronger with each passing day. devilcake would help fujiwara with her design projects, and she would help him with ideas. they would also often go on walks around campus during her breaks, taking in the beauty of nature and having a good time.

devilcake proved that even the shyest of people can find love and friendship in the most unexpected places. they may have started off as shy individuals, but their friendship and love brought out the best in each other. and VP hi thread was the first to know of their ever-growing friendship.
